1. Rental Requirements

All renters must be at least 23 years of age, hold a valid driver's license, and maintain active registration with an approved rideshare or delivery service (Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Instacart, etc.).

2. Minimum Rental Period & Payments

Vehicles are subject to a minimum one-week rental period. Payments are processed on a weekly basis. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. Cash and checks are not accepted.

3. Security Deposit

A low, refundable security deposit is required prior to vehicle pickup. The deposit will be refunded upon vehicle return, subject to vehicle condition and full settlement of rental fees and tolls.

4. Geographic Restrictions

All vehicles rented through 821 Rentals must remain within the State of Michigan. Driving out of state is strictly prohibited.

5. Maintenance & Care

Renters are responsible for maintaining basic vehicle fluid levels, tire pressure, and operating the vehicle responsibly. Any mechanical issues or accidents must be reported to 821 Rentals immediately.
